Choosing a Heiber + Schröder tray former
There are a number of factors involving your choice of Heiber + Schröder tray former. However, you can go over these specifications to have an overall view of our product family, and the product you want to manufacture.
In general, the CE 1560 tray former series is capable of larger sizes and more trays produced per hour. The CE 1000 tray former can deliver up to 40,000 trays per hour, where as the CE 1560 can produce up to 56,000.
4 Corner Tray Production
Blank length must be between 5 1/2 and 10 5/8."
Minimum blank width is 9 inches, and maximum blank width can be:
- 29 1/2" with 2 lanes, or 18 3/4" with 3 lanes, in the CE 1560.
- 18 1/2" using 2 lanes in the CE 1000.
- 13 5/8"using 4 lanes in the CE 1560 tray former.
- 11 3/8"with 3 lanes in the CE 1000 carton erector.
- 10 1/4" through 5 simultaneours lanes in the CE 1560 tray former.
- 8 1/8 utilizing 4 lanes in the CE 1000 tray former or 6 lanes in the CE 1560.
Clam Shell Tray Production with Heiber + Schröder tray formers
Blank length must be between 4 and 17 3/4"
Minimum blank width is 4 inches, and maximum blank width can be:
- 29 1/2" with 2 lanes, or 18 3/4" with 3 lanes, in the CE 1560.
- 18 1/2" using 2 lanes in the CE 1000.
- 13 5/8"using 4 lanes in the CE 1560 tray former.
- 11 3/8"with 3 lanes in the CE 1000 carton erector.
Chip scoop production (French fry trays)
Blank length must be between 4 and 17 3/4"
Minimum blank width is 4 inches, and maximum blank width can be:
- 27" with 2 lanes, in the CE 1560 tray fromer.
- 18 1/2" using 2 lanes in the CE 1000.
- 16 1/8"using 3 lanes in the CE 1560 tray former.
- 11 3/8"with 3 lanes, or 11"with 4 lanes in the CE 1000 carton erector.
- 9 7/8" usign 3 lanes in the CE 1000 tray forming machine.
- 8" by choosing 5 lanes in the CE 1560
- 6 7/8" outputting in 4 lanes in the CE 1100
- 5 3/4" through the use of 6 lanes in the CE 1560 tray former.
